Beijing, September 25th—Lu Kang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Evan G. Greenberg, Chairman of Chubb Limited and Chubb Group. Lu introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Both sides mainly exchanged in-depth views on China-US relations, and emphasized that efforts should be made to jointly implement the important consensus of the two heads of state, establish correct understanding, effectively manage differences, and promote bilateral relations for stable development.

Greenberg said, the US business community pays close attention to China's move to further deepen reform and expand opening up. The US and China should strengthen dialogue, manage differences, and expand cooperation.

The two sides also exchanged views on international and regional issues of common concern.
