Beijing, November 16th—Chen Zhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a joint delegation of political parties of Turkmenistan’s Mejilis led by Ata Serdarow, Chairman of the Democratic Party.

Chen spoke positively of the relations between the two countries, and said that the CPC is willing to deepen exchanges with the Democratic Party, the Agrarian Party, the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, jointly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen the exchanges of experience in state governance and administration, and promote the development of China-Turkmenistan comprehensive strategic partnership.

Serdarow noted, under the personal promotion and strategic guidance of the two heads of state, cooperation between the two countries has flourished in various fields. The three parties of Turkmenistan’s Mejilis are willing to further strengthen friendly exchanges with the CPC and make new contributions to the development of relations between the two countries.
