Beijing, November 14th—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with a delegation led by Nicolás Maduro Guerra, Vice President of United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV). 

Ma said, this year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Venezuela. The two countries have become true friends and good partners with mutual trust. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Venezuelan side to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen practical cooperation in various fields, and promote China-Venezuela all-weather strategic partnership for continuous and in-depth development. The CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in party building and state governance with the PSUV, and promote the construction of each Party and the development and progress of each country. 

Maduro said, the Venezuelan side attaches great importance to developing relations with China and admires the great achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The PSUV is willing to further deepen the relationship between the two Parties, learn from the CPC's theory and practical experience in leading the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and promote Venezuela-China all-weather strategic partnership for continuous development.
