Beijing, April 10th—Li Mingxiang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation led by Marie Michelle Sahondrarimalala, national coordinator of TGV, core party of IRMAR, and Minister of National Education of Madagascar.
Li gave an in-depth introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era along with the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the Two Sessions. He said that the CPC is willing to work with the ruling coalition of Madagascar, under the important consensus reached between President Xi Jinping and President Andry Rajoelina, to implement the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), strengthen strategic communication, solidarity and cooperation, deepen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration, boost bilateral practical cooperation, and constantly push China-Madagascar comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership for new results.
Sahondrarimalala said, the ruling coalition of Madagascar is willing to work together with the CPC to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and the outcomes of the FOCAC Beijing Summit, deepen experience exchanges in state governance and administration, promote practical cooperation in various fields between the two countries, and jointly embark on a path to modernization that suits respective national conditions.
