Lu said that the CPC is willing to conduct friendly exchanges with the major political parties of Panama, enhance mutual understanding, strengthen exchanges of experience in state governance and party building, promote practical cooperation in various fields, and continuously inject positive energy into the stable and healthy development of China-Panama relations. Lu also briefly introduced the important results of the fourth ministerial meeting of the China-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) Forum. He expressed that China is willing to work with Panama to seize the new historical opportunities of cooperation between China and Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries, and promote cooperation between the two countries for the benefit of the respective peoples.

The Panamanian side expressed the willingness to actively give play to the role of inter-party exchanges and contribute the strength of political parties to the healthy development of Panama-China relations under the current situation. It looks forward to deepening exchanges and cooperation with China in various fields, including sub-national exchanges, and make sure the cooperation results better benefit the people of the two countries.
