Chen Zhou Meets with 2025 Delegation of CPV Senior Cadres

Beijing, July 23rd—Chen Zhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of senior cadres from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) led by Hoang Anh Cong, Vice Chairman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee of the National Assembly of Vietnam. 

Chen said, under the personal planning and strategic guidance of the top leaders of the two Parties, China-Vietnam relations have maintained a sound momentum of development, and the building of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future that carries strategic significance has entered a new stage. China is willing to work with Vietnam to fully implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties, deepen high-level exchanges, strengthen mutual learning, and enhance cooperation and exchanges to promote the in-depth and substantive development of the building of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future. Chen also introduced China's efforts in comprehensively exercising rigorous governance over the Party, especially the CPC's education campaign to implement the central Party leadership's eight-point decision on improving work conduct.
Hoang Anh Cong said, this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China and the Vietnam-China Year of People-to-People Exchanges. Vietnam is willing to work with China to earnestly implement the important consensus reached by General Secretary To Lam and General Secretary Xi Jinping, consolidate traditional friendship, intensify exchanges and cooperation between the two Parties, learn from each other in areas such as comprehensively exercising rigorous governance over the Party, party building and state governance, and accelerate the building of a Vietnam-China community with a shared future that carries strategic significance.
