Beijing, July 24th—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with Nenad Popovic, President of the Serbian People's Party and Minister Without Portfolio of Serbia. 

Sun said, under the joint leadership of President Xi Jinping and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, China-Serbia relations have continued to improve and upgrade. The CPC is willing to work with major political parties in Serbia, including the Serbian People's Party, to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen inter-party exchanges and cooperation, deepen exchanges of experience in state governance and administration, and contribute to the in-depth development of relations between the two countries. 

Popovic said, Serbia-China relations are at the highest level in history, and Serbia cherishes its friendship with China. The Serbian People's Party is willing to strengthen friendly exchanges with the CPC, boost the practical cooperation between the two countries in various fields, and jointly promote the construction of a community with a shared future for Serbia and China in the new era.
