Beijing, September 12th—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela led by Erika Farias, Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela.

　　Ma said, under the personal care and guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Nicolas Maduro, China and Venezuela have become good partners of mutual trust and common development. The all-weather strategic partnership between the two countries enjoys sustainable and in-depth development. The CPC is willing to maintain institutionalized exchanges with the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, strengthen experience exchanges in party building and state governance, and promote respective party building and national development. Ma also elaborated on the important speech made by President Xi Jinping at the reception commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.

　　Highly speaking of the great contributions of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression to the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War, Farias said, Venezuela supports the Global Governance Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping, and is willing to work with China to jointly promote the establishment of a more just and reasonable global governance system and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. The United Socialist Party of Venezuela is willing to deepen exchanges of experience with the CPC in areas such as cadre training and poverty alleviation.
