Beijing, November 14th—Lu Kang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Christopher Adams, Deputy Assistant US Trade Representative. The two sides exchanged views on relevant issues of China-US relations. Lu highlighted the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the relevant content on expanding opening up of the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.
