On November 20th, Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met with a delegation of the New Ideas El Salvador led by Silvio Aquino, National Political Adviser and President of the Political Training Institute of the New Ideas of El Salvador, at the China National Archives of Publications and Culture. 

Ma positively evaluated the relations between the two Parties and the two countries. He said, the CPC is willing to have in-depth exchanges with the New Ideas of El Salvador on experience in party building and state governance, promote the greater development of the modernization paths with respective characteristics, and benefit the people. Ma also expounded on the profound connotation and significant meaning of integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with China’s realities and the best of its traditional culture and introduced the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. 

Aquino said, the Salvadoran side admires the CPC for scientifically formulating and continuously implementing medium- and long-term national development plans, and is willing to learn from the CPC's experience in party governance and state administration to promote greater economic and social development in El Salvador and better benefit the people. 

Liu Chengyong, Director of the China National Archives of Publications and Culture, attended the meeting.
