Yinchuan, April 2nd—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Chang Lih Kang, Vice President of the People's Justice Party (PKR) and Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Malaysia, who was in China to attend the Sixth Belt and Road China-Malaysia Business Dialogue.
Ma said, in April last year, President Xi Jinping paid a successful state visit to Malaysia, during which he and Malaysian leaders reached important consensus on building a high-level strategic China-Malaysia community with a shared future. The IDCPC stands ready to leverage the "political party+practical cooperation" platform to promote China-Malaysia economic and trade cooperation and deliver benefits to the two peoples. Ma also briefed the Malaysian side on the spirit of China's Two Sessions in 2026 and the main contents of the outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Chang Lih Kang said, Malaysia-China relations are closely intertwined and have grown stronger over time. Malaysia stands ready to give full play to the role of political parties and the business community to advance bilateral relations to new heights.
Low Kian Chuan, Chairman of the Malaysia-China Business Council, Mohd Hatta bin Md Ramli, Vice President of Parti Amanah Negara of Malaysia and others, attended the meeting.
