Beijing, June 15th—Chen Zhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a senior cadre training class of Laos led by Sisouphanh Keobandavong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Supervision Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Laos. 

Chen noted that not long ago, General Secretary Xi Jinping held talks with General Secretary Thongloun Sisoulith during his state visit to China, and they reached important consensus, providing strategic guidance and a fundamental basis for the development of relations between the two Parties and the two countries as well as the building of the China-Laos community with a shared future. China stands ready to work with Laos to continuously deepen and advance the building of a China-Laos all-weather community with a shared future in the new era, so as to better benefit the two countries and their peoples. 

Sisouphanh said that Laos sincerely admires the development achievements made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC and appreciates China's long-standing selfless assistance for Laos' economic and social development. Laos is willing to actively learn from China's valuable experience in various fields and promote the continued advancement of the socialist cause in Laos.
