Beijing, June 12th—Jin Xin, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with a delegation of the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) of the United Arab Emirates(UAE) led by Sultan Mohammed Al-Nuaimi, ECSSR Director General.

Jin noted that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, China-UAE relations have maintained sound and steady development and set a model for relations between China and Arab countries in the new era. China is willing to enrich exchanges and cooperation, deepen exchanges of ideas, and strengthen policy communication with the ECSSR through inter-party channels, so as to contribute to the development of China-UAE relations. Jin also introduced President Xi Jinping's four global initiatives and the four-point proposal for maintaining and promoting peace and stability in the Middle East in light of the international and regional situation.
Sultan said that China is an influential major country and a comprehensive strategic partner of the UAE. The UAE highly values the development of relations with China and highly appreciates the four global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping. The UAE looks forward to China playing a greater role in international and regional affairs. The ECSSR is willing to strengthen exchanges with the IDCPC, jointly organize symposiums, promotional events and other activities, and enhance think tank cooperation on multilateral platforms such as BRICS and the Global South.
