BEIJING, Dec. 3 -- Wang Jiarui, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a government delegation from Russia's Omsk Oblast led by its governor Viktor Nazarov. The two sides exchanged views on how to facilitate practical cooperation on local levels between China and Russia through party-to-party channel.
