Beijing, December 12th—Liu Haixing, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Nyamaa Enkhbold, Mongolian Ambassador to China. 

Liu said, in September this year, President Xi Jinping held a meeting with President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh who came to China for the 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit and the events commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. They had in-depth communication on the overall and strategic issues of China-Mongolia relations, reaching a series of important consensus and charting the course for the development of China-Mongolia relations. The CPC is willing to enhance high-level exchanges with all political parties of Mongolia, consolidate political mutual trust, deepen mutual exchanges of experience in party governance and state administration, and promote exchanges and cooperation in various fields between both countries to advance the sound and stable development of China-Mongolia relations. Liu also briefed on the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, expressing the hope that both sides will further align their development strategies, tap the potential for mutually beneficial cooperation, and move forward together on the path to modernization. 

Enkhbold said, under the guidance of the two heads of state, the comprehensive strategic partnership between Mongolia and China has been continuously deepened, and the exchanges between the two Parties have played an important role in this process. Mongolia respects China's core interests and firmly adheres to the one-China policy. Mongolia highly appreciates China's commitment to the neighborhood diplomacy guideline that advocates amity, sincerity, mutual benefit, and is willing to enhance high-level exchanges with China, deepen exchanges and cooperation in such fields as inter-party exchanges, expand practical cooperation under the framework of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, and bring more benefits to the people of the two countries.
