Beijing, September 25th—Wang Yajun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Vietnamese Ambassador to China Dang Minh Khoi, who is to leave his post.

Wang spoke positively of the efforts of Dang Minh Khoi and the Vietnamese Embassy in China in developing the relations between China and Vietnam and the relations between the two Parties. Wang said, recent years have witnessed the sound momentum of China-Vietnam relations in general. China is willing to work with Vietnam to implement the important consensus of the two General Secretaries, fully give play to the special advantages of the two Parties and the two Parties’ political guiding role in the relations between the two counties, and push China-Vietnam relations for constant, healthy and stable development.

Dang Minh Khoi thanked the IDCPC for providing strong support for him as well as for the Vietnamese Embassy in China, and expressed that he will make contributions to deepening the traditional friendship and friendly cooperation between China and Vietnam as always.
