Beijing, October 31st—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended here today on the afternoon the meeting of the executive board of the Standing Committee of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) via videolink. The preparation of the 12th General Assembly of the ICAPP was discussed during the meeting.
