From July 18th to 20th, Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, led a delegation of the CPC to visit Nicaragua to attend the celebration of the 46th anniversary of the triumph of the Sandinista Revolution. He met with the leadership of the Sandinista National Liberation Front, and delivered a speech at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua. Both sides agreed that since the resumption of diplomatic relations, bilateral relations have achieved leapfrog development. Both sides expressed the willingness to continuously deepen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration and promote the in-depth and substantive development of the strategic partnership between China and Nicaragua.
