Beijing, November 13th—Lu Kang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Evan Greenberg, Executive Vice Chair of the National Committee on US-China Relations (NCUSCR), and Stephen Orlins, President of the NCUSCR. Lu elaborated on the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, emphasizing that China will continue to expand high-level opening up and welcomes all countries, including the US, to share in China's development opportunities.

The two sides also exchanged views on relevant issues of China-US relations.
