Beijing, December 4th—Lu Kang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with the National Committee on American Foreign Policy Delegation. Both sides exchanged views on China-US relations and issues of common interest. Lu also emphatically introduced the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and relevant content of the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.
