Nanchang, December 12th—The 12th China-Russia Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) Cooperation Roundtable was held here today. The event was co-organized by the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), Jiangxi Province and A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party. The event was held under the theme of China-Russia SME cooperation between the Belt and Road Initiative and the Eurasian Economic Union. More than 200 people attended the event, including Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the IDCPC, Xia Wenyong, Vice Governor of Jiangxi Province, Mironov Sergei, Chairman of the Political Party “A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party”, and Chairman of faction of the Political Party A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party” at the State Duma, and Chepa Aleksei, Deputy Chairman of faction of the Political Party “A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party” at the State Duma and First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, as well as representatives from sub-national level and enterprises of both countries. 

In her speech, Sun said, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Vladimir Putin, the China-Russia relationship has been continuously developing at a high level in the new era, and cooperation in various fields has shown strong resilience, with fruitful results. The fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee has drawn a grand blueprint for China's development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), demonstrating China's determination and confidence in promoting high-quality development and high-level opening up. This will provide new and important opportunities for cooperation between China and Russia in various fields, including cooperation at sub-national level and SME cooperation. The CPC is willing to work with A Just Russia — Patriots — For Truth to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, continuously promote the alignment of development strategies between China and Russia, build the brand of the China-Russia SME Cooperation Roundtable, and promote cooperation between localities and in practical fields of the two countries through inter-party channels to serve the development and rejuvenation goals of each country. 

Mironov said, under the guidance of the two heads of state, the breadth and depth of Russia-China cooperation have reached an unprecedented level, and the institutionalization of exchanges at the national and people-to-people levels has been continuously enhanced, providing new major opportunities for cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises of the two countries. A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party will continue to develop the platform of the Russia-China SME Cooperation Roundtable with the CPC, actively deepen exchanges between regions and enterprises of the two countries through inter-party channels, and make contributions to achieving new and greater breakthroughs in cooperation in various fields between Russia and China, benefiting the two countries and the two peoples. 

Xia said, Jiangxi Province will leverage its local characteristics and advantages, continuously strengthen the alignment of development strategies with Russian localities, deepen industrial cooperation, expand people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and build a broader cooperation platform for enterprises of the two countries to inject more Jiangxi momentum into the development of China-Russia relations. 

Chepa said, the Russia-China relationship is based on mutual benefit and long-term interests, and there is huge potential for bilateral practical cooperation in various fields. The roundtable has become an important platform to reflect the friendly cooperation tradition between the two Parties and promote cooperation between localities and various fields of the two countries. A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party is willing to promote high-quality development of cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises of Russia and China, enhance bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation, and promote in-depth and substantive cooperation and alignment between the Eurasian Economic Union and the Belt and Road cooperation. 

During the roundtable, Huang Xiaoyan, Deputy Director of Department of Commerce of Jiangxi Province, Qu Xiaohua, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province, Vladislav Zvorykin, a member of the Legislative Assembly of Vologda Oblast, Nikolai Shvabovich, head of A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party's branch in Novgorod Oblast, and representatives of enterprises from both countries made speeches. Young entrepreneurs from both countries also had a dialogue and shared their entrepreneurial experience. 

After the meeting, enterprise representatives from both sides conducted matchmaking and reached a number of cooperation intentions.
